PICKING ROBOT

The picking robot is used to stacking various cement products which producted with a special exclusive signature of MEKAMAX Mechatronics company.In the picking robot whose steel construction is determined according to the machine capacity, the opening and closing movements are carried out by hydraulic pistons, and the up-down and rotation movements are carried out by the motor. 

SPACE OPENING SYSTEM FOR FORKLIFT

Spaces opening system is used in situations where the manufacturer wants to get rid of the cost of the sales pallet.By virtue of this system, spaces are created in the stacked blocks so that the forklift fork can enter. And the manufacturer can ship without using a sales pallet.

BLOCK TURNING SYSTEM

It is a system that turn upside down the top row blocks while the stacked products go on the delivery belt.The purpose of this system is to make blocks compatible with striping.This system is efficient to use with automatic picking robot and works with a PLC control system.

STRAPPING MACHINE

This system using for strapping the stacked blocks which moving through transportation line with strapping robot.It can be used horizontally and vertically according to request.Works with PLC Control system
